La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil

Crafted using a traditional French method



This roasted walnut oil is easy-to-use in salads, on grilled fish and meat, vegetables, pasta, or a cheese plate. It is delicate and pale in color, with a rich nutty taste.

To make this oil, English walnuts are washed, sorted, dried and shelled. The kernels are ground and slowly roasted to perfection in cast-iron kettles. The resulting warm paste is pressed, lightly filtered, and bottled. La Tourangelle is the first oil mill in California to produce walnut oil using this traditional French method.
