Pickling has been used for years to preserve the harvest's bounty. In the natural lacto-fermentation process, vitamin and enzyme levels (as well as flavor!) are preserved, increasing digestibility with natural probiotic benefits. These jars have straight (not rounded) sides making them easy to store in quantity.

Remove snap-on cover and dump the water out. Remove center "valve". Handwash everything in warm soapy water using a small bottle brush and rinse. Air dry unassembled on a clean cloth before stroring between uses.
