From third-generation Spanish knife makers



Handsome, heavy, and highly functional, this cleaver is designed to become an heirloom. Made by a third-generation knife smith in the small town of Solsona, Spain, each deep blade is hand-fashioned from high-quality stainless steel, set with a naturally-shed antler handle, and stamped with the maker’s mark.

Founded in 1917, Pallarès is a testament to Solsona’s renowned knife-making industry. The town experienced its heyday during the 18th century when Solsona had 24 knife-making workshops combined into the Guild of Saint Eligius, patron saint of knife makers. Throughout its history, Pallarès has always used the highest quality materials in their knives, and despite modernization, continue to sharpen each knife by hand.
