SHED Padron Pepper Powder
A blend of Padron Peppers, Shishito Peppers and Jacobsen Salt.
Chef's Notes: "I've been using powders for 16 years and really comes from fine dining. They're flavor enhancers. When you dehydrate produce, you concentrated the flavor of that element."
An earthy blend with a bit of heat, add SHED Padron Pepper Powder to a chilled melon salad, sprinkle it over goat cheese, or infuse it into a vinaigrette. Makes a fantastic marinade for shrimp, or any dish that calls for a little kick.
