Bianco DiNapoli Whole Canned Tomatoes
Bianco DiNapoli Tomatoes are organically grown and harvested on a family farm in Yolo County, California. Grown in richly nourished soil, these tomatoes bear complexity, concentrated sweetness and a remarkably meaty, silky texture. Within six hours of harvest, the tomatoes are washed, steam-peeled and packed at the Olam tomato cannery in Williams, California with just a touch of sea salt, organic basil, and topped in its own juices. Unlike many canned tomatoes, these contain no calcium chloride additive, indicative of their careful handling, and resulting in exceptionally fresh flavor. A pantry staple, these are perfect for use in any sauce or soup.
Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes are a partnership between Robert DiNapoli and Chris Bianco, a James Beard award-winning chef and founder of the acclaimed Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix, Arizona.
