Boar Terrine, Midnight Blue
This covered terrine comes from an original mold from the archive of the Manufacture des Gres and Potteries in France. Originally designed for cooking and presenting dishes made from local game and fowl, this dish is ideal for casseroles, baked side dishes, pâtés, or terrines.
Founded in 1875, Poterie Digoin originated as a family founded business in the northern Loire valley, quickly establishing itself as the heart of the French kitchen. Each piece of Digoin stoneware is hand-shaped and glazed by artisans, bringing a touch of tradition into the modern home.
