Boxed Chopsticks, Set of 30

Designed by a renowned tea ceremony master

These chopsticks are handcrafted from the highest grade of Japanese Yoshiko cedar, and were originally designed by Sen-no-Rikyu, the renowned tea ceremony master, in the Azuchi Momoyama period. They are pre-split and thicker in the center, making them easy to hold. Each chopstick is tapered to both ends, with one end intended for vegetarian dishes and the other end intended for meat dishes. Each pair is wrapped in colorful paper, and the set comes with a cedar box for simple storage.
