Madava Farms is located in the historic Hudson River Valley, and is home to Crown Maple Syrup, a 100% pure maple syrup produced from 800 acres of century-old sugar and red maples. Each batch of syrup is crafted using sustainable farming and organic production techniques.
The Amber Syrup has aromas of gingerbread and roasted chestnut. It is best suited for foods that display bolder flavors, such as baked breads and spicy ginger cookies. When sweetening a cocktail, pair this syrup with heavy spirits like bourbon or smoky scotch.
The Dark Syrup has aromas of coffee and cocoa beans, and flavors of brown sugar. It adds a bold, rich depth of flavor to brewed coffee, and can be paired with cheese as an alternative to honey.
