Straight from the San Francisco factory of Dandelion Chocolate comes an assortment of their legendary small-batch chocolate bars. After hand-sorting for quality, Dandelion’s single-origin cocoa beans are then slow roasted, ground to perfection, and combined only with sugar to form the final bars. Ambanja, Madagascar 70%- we taste hints of tangy citrus, Meyer lemon, and raspberry.
Zorzal, Dominican Republic- notes of walnut, caramel, and brandied cherry from the Dominican Republic.
Mantuano, Venezuela 70%- a new bean harvest from a female-run co-op. Notes of gingerbread, espresso, and cinnamon.
