Kikuichi Dicing Knife
Hand-selected by our SHED chef, this Japanese dicing knife features a lighter-weight rosewood and ebony handle, making it useful for quick dicing work. The 7” blade is made of Swedish steel with nickel-plating.
Crafted in Japan by Kikuichi, a family company with a seven-hundred year tradition of knife making. Each knife is stamped with the traditional chrysanthemum flower and worked on by no less than six different artisans.
