Spread on a toasted baguette with a pinch of salt, you have the go-to sweet fix of Craftsman & Wolves’ own chef. Each batch is made from local Strauss milk, cooked together with pure sugar and best-quality matcha tea until thick and creamy.

Craftsman and Wolves is a contemporary pâtisserie and cafe in San Francisco under the direction of Chef William Werner, a 2015 and 2016 finalist for the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Baker award.
