SHED Heirloom Popcorn
These organic, non-GMO azure, ruby, and golden popping kernels come from California's Sacramento Valley.
To use, pour two teaspoons of vegetable oil into the bottom of a pan and place it over medium heat. Drop one or two kernels into the oil, and when they begin to spin or pop, add up to 1/3 cup of this popcorn to the pan. Gently shake the pan to coat all kernels with oil. Place lid on the pan slightly ajar to allow steam to escape, and remove from the heat once the pops are about three seconds apart. Pour your popcorn in a serving bowl, season with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
