Green Garlic Powder, made with both green garlic and leeks, adds flavor to deviled eggs or frittata. Sprinkle into mayonnaise, sour cream, and yogurt for dips, or dust over french fries, potato chips, and popcorn.
Purple Sauerkraut Powder is made from cabbage that is fermented, dehydrated, and then pulverized. It can be used atop cauliflower purée, potato and egg dishes, or pastrami and grilled sausages.
Beet Powder can be sprinkled directly over salads or used to flavor a vinaigrette. Use as a natural dye for eggs, infuse fish for beet-cured gravlax, or add to pasta dough for color and flavor.
