SHED Szechuan Peppercorns
Szechuan Peppercorn, also known as Chinese coriander, is commonly found in Tibetan, Nepalese, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. The aroma is wild and perfumed, with an intoxicating taste that is both woodsy and sweet. As a flavor enhancer, they will make something sweet a little sweeter, or something salty a bit saltier. Use on noodle dishes and chicken dishes, infuse honey, or sprinkle on grilled peaches for an unexpected dessert.
SHED Pantry is an in-house collection of flavors inspired by our café kitchen, elevated by the palate of Culinary Director Perry Hoffman. A thoughtfully developed line of spices, powders, salt blends, peppers, preserves, pickles, and shrubs, SHED Pantry offers culinary essentials for the home cook.
