SHED Szechuan Peppercorns



Szechuan Peppercorn, also known as Chinese coriander, is commonly found in Tibetan, Nepalese, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. The aroma is wild and perfumed, with an intoxicating taste that is both woodsy and sweet. As a flavor enhancer, they will make something sweet a little sweeter, or something salty a bit saltier. Use on noodle dishes and chicken dishes, infuse honey, or sprinkle on grilled peaches for an unexpected dessert.
