Wooden Steamer




Beautiful handmade seiro steamers are often employed in the Japanese home in place of microwaves. The hefty lid of the seiro keeps the steam in and envelopes the food as it cooks, leaving excellent flavor, soft texture and perfectly cooked food without the fat. Use it to refresh hardened rice, or for steaming vegetables, fish, meat, or egg custard. Made in Japan from plum wood and bamboo.
